The Spike Pal is perfect for practicing arm swing, ball contact, and proper footwork. The included carabineer, ball pouch, and elastic cord allows you to easily attach the Spike Pal to anywhere a carabineer can be secured (ball sold separately). The 15.5” flexible elastic cord creates realistic ball movement that is perfect for hitting, conditioning, and agility drills and is enclosed in thick foam for extra protection.
